Detailed character = 10-30 USD
Simple background = Free
Detailed background = 20-40 USD
Extra props / animals = 20-40 USD

Terms and conditions

Please read before commission, by commissioning a piece from me, mean you agreed with all the terms and conditions below1. I'll start drawing after the full payment is confirmed.
2. Payment via PayPal, no refunds.
3. Price for personal use, are only for personal usage (you don't earn profit from it)
4. For commercial use, please check the price and information on commercial use
5. You will receive a sketch and you can request for revision , feedbacks or changes. I will continue after you confirmed the sketch.
6. Major correction can be requested on sketch, and you can request minor changes after the finished product. (You can discuss with me about that, no worries, because i'm open up to revision that make sense!)
7. The time it takes to finish your commission will take weeks/months, depending on the complexity of the commission piece, your queue, and other issues such as health. ( I will keep you updated)
8. If you want your commission to be finished fast, there will be extra fee and we can discuss more about it.
9. Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution images.
10. Do not use the commissioned work for AI or NFT without my consent (either personal or commercial use)

TOS :I. Sayuiyui, claims the rights to the produced drawing, therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to use such as:
Including the piece in the future art portfolios.
Promote myself with it.
Post the commissioned artwork anywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.) Inform me if you would like to be name-anonymous in my posts. Ask me if you'd like to keep it private beforehand (there will be some conditions for that)
I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
Once I've started the commission, there will be no refunds.

II. The buyer is allowed to:
Use the "personal use" commissioned piece for personal usage unless agreed otherwise. Please use the watermarked version if uploading online.
Use the artwork as a profile picture with credits/mention me, except for private/personal account
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature from the artwork / Altering the artwork without my consent.
Use my artwork for AI or NFT without my consent

❓What count as commercial use?

There are four price tiers :• 1x price
Not for commercial use. (It's for personal use) That means you won't earn any profit from the artwork, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment.
You can use it as profile picture with credits (mention me or tag me), but not to use it for your product's logo• 1.5x price
When the artwork is not the bulk of the product , but on this tier you must give credits to me or post the watermarked version of artwork "art by sayuiyui" ( to post on social media such as vtuber promotion/artwork , youtube videos or any ad-supported website)• 2x price
Commercial use when the artwork is not the bulk of the product (for promotional material, CD cover, game assets, social media artwork )• 3x price
Commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product (body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc)
